Rail Changes for Commuters

MAJOR changes will come into effect on train services between London and Horsham from December.

The alterations are the result of government strategy to improve the Southern rail network.

There will be fast trains every half an hour from London Victoria to Horsham in the evening peak hours.

Some carriages will detach at Horsham to service the Arun Valley stations and Bognor Regis.

There will be two additional services from London to Horsham in the evening peak.

Train times will be more regular at peak times - two minutes past and 32 minutes past the hour.

In addition there will be a new 18.02 service from Victoria to Horsham that will take 47 minutes.

The new times will come into effect after Sunday December 14.
