WSEP BROKERS UNIVERSITY/BUSINESS CONNECTIONS

The University of Chichester and WSEP have been working together on a series of Business-meet-Academia events to help forge a better understanding and working relationship between the two.  The first event let businesses explain what they wanted from school leavers and graduates and how they could be best prepared for the workplace.  The University's new design faculty was the subject of the second briefing, where businesses were told how assistance could be given in developing their product design and visual communications.  A third event is planned where it is hoped that top local companies who add brand value through design will explain how they build design into their business model.
